Funding streams represent the funding bodies, public or private, from which your organisation receives funds. You can assign these streams to Grants, Projects, and Contracts, to track and analyse funding distribution.
Note: Your list of funding stream bodies will depend on what organisations were configured in your initial SurePact setup. Contact your SurePact administrator if you have questions.
Admin users can edit funding streams and add new ones.
To view your list, go to the left menu, open Administration and choose Funding Streams.
Your list includes funding streams with the standard abbreviations by which these organizations are known.
To add another stream, click Add Funding Stream.
Note: These organisations are set up with the names or abbreviations by which they are commonly known. When creating or editing funding streams, be mindful to avoid incorrect names, and to avoid duplicating names! Otherwise, analytics tied to these fields may not be correct or relevant.
For the new funding stream, simply enter its name (typically an abbreviation), and description (full name). Click Save Changes.
Double-clicking a funding stream opens a popup in which you can edit details. To delete a funding stream, click the three-dot icon above the table and choose Delete.
