SurePact Major Release (version 7.0.0)

Summary

SurePact version 7 rounds out another big shift in the product's offering to a wider array of clients. Grantmakers receive improved customisation elements in their SurePact experience, and new Grant Recipients can create their own user account with a simple registration experience - all supporting the ease at which application completion, data accuracy and grant award can occur.

In 2024, our Product Development Advisory Group, and close collaboration with our clients, continued to qualify the designs and experiences that have landed in our product. New Features

Improved applicant registration experience for Funding Programs

• Applicants responding to open Funding Opportunities get an improved registration process. Funders can also generate a unique link to share their new open programs on their website or social media. 

 

Application review and scoring

• We’ve upgraded the review and scoring experience for grantmakers in their Funding Programs:
  • Set the review criteria in your application process
  • Score and apply weighting to individual grant applications
  • Collect panel feedback, see scores captured alongside each application
  • Final application approvals can be confirmed by the Grant Manager

Also: You will be able to see, in real-time, the funding available as each application is received, reviewed, and rejected or shortlisted/approved - easy, stage-specific funding knowledge at a glance.

Product Updates

Reducing the time to set up Grants as a recipient

• Due to popular demand, we’ve reduced the amount of mandatory fields required to set up a new Grant (as a recipient) by 40%. Data entered into past Grants will still be available when exporting data via Administration.

Customise Funding Program stages

• Customise your program's application rounds for greater flexibility. Stages can also be renamed to match the language of your organisation’s processes, so everyone is on the same page.

 

Making editing and searching faster and easier

• We’ve added inline editing on your Funding Programs, Portfolios, Grants and Projects pages, so there’s no longer any need to open each item to edit the names or dates.

  Our built-in search function has been improved to surface more items than before, making it easier to find what you need in a flash.

Fixes

• The majority of product faults since Minor Release 6.0.6 relate to the implementation of new features for the Funding Body (only) and Recipient (only) experiences. The following fixes resolve bugs for our existing product users:
  • Fix Grants Summary page data display
  • Fix Grant Variation pop up message text
  • Fix Grant Closeout Executive Summary data display
