Infographic Visuals
At the top of this page (in addition to the Add Grant button) are three visuals that provide an overview of your grant performance and success:
- Funds requested vs approved: The total amounts of money requested, funds approved, and those still awaiting approval.
-
Total Grants by phase: The number of grant applications in each of the three phases below.
- Pre-Award: Indicates that the project is in the early planning stages, and grant applications are being assembled.
- Award: The result phase - either the grant has been successfully approved (yay!) or it has been rejected (boo).
-
Post-Award: The implementation phase that begins after the funding agreement is signed, and the project is in execution.
💡 Tip: Use these visuals to quickly assess where most of your grants are concentrated, and to identify any bottlenecks in the application process.
- Grant success rate: A comparison of the number of grants approved vs rejected. This metric helps measure your organisation’s effectiveness in securing grants.

Editing Grants in the Summary Page

- Hover over the record name and click the Edit icon.
- Make changes to editable fields like Name, Manager, Funds Requested, etc.
- Use the Save icon at the end of the row to finalise your edits, or click Cancel to close without saving.
⚠️ Reminder: Be cautious when editing fields like Funds Requested, as these changes will affect all reports and visuals related to grant finances.
