While in any SurePact screen, click the little orange Help icon in the lower right corner. From the menu that pops up, click Knowledge Base.
In the Contact Us window, after your name and email address, please provide as much detail as you can about the issue, then click Send.
Someone from our support team will reach out via email to provide direct support.
