Who hasn’t forgotten their password once in a while (or once a week)? If this happens with your SurePact account, don’t worry – we’ve got you.
Go to your SurePact URL, and start the login process: Enter your email address and click Continue.
On the Enter Your Password window, click the “Forgot password” link.
Confirm your email and click Continue again, wait a moment, and check your email for instructions from SurePact. If you don’t see this email right away, check your Junk or Spam email folders.
That email will include a handy link to confirm the password change. Give it a click!
Then set your new password, confirm, and you’re all set.
