To see all portfolios to which you have access, go to the left menu and choose Portfolios.
At the very top of this page (in addition to the Add Portfolio and Gantt View buttons) are visuals that provide an overview of portfolio risk and performance, and summaries of available vs current spend. Note that what you see here reflects data from portfolios for which you are a team member.
The portfolios to which you have access are listed just below. To view portfolios in list format, slide the View toggle to the left. In this view, clicking a portfolio name opens that portfolio in a separate browser tab.
Sliding the View toggle to the right switches to card view. The little square icons above the list can be used to switch between tile front and tile back views. The front view shows a portfolio summary; the back view includes dates and numbers of linked projects and grants.
Hovering over a visual at the top displays three icons, and these same three icons appear at the top of the portfolios list. The Filter icon provides details on what is currently displayed, and Focus Mode enlarges the display of the visual or list. The three-dot icon opens More Options, including export, table display, spotlight, and sorting features.
By default, the overview data includes all portfolios. But you can select one or more individual portfolios to filter the data. Note that in List view, if you click a portfolio name (which is a hyperlink), the portfolio lifecycle page will open.
While a single portfolio is highlighted (don’t click its name), you can view a breakdown of its linked projects or grants. Click either Grant Breakdown or Project Breakdown, then click the large View Breakdown button above the portfolio list.
This breakdown view lists all projects or grants in the portfolio. Clicking the name of a listed project or grant will open that record. If no project or grant is highlighted, the data along the top reflects all projects or grants in the list. Highlighting projects or grants changes the data to reflect only those records. Use the Back arrow to return to the portfolio summary.
To the right of the portfolio list is a Filters icon, which you can use to narrow the list according to one or more criteria. For example, you can filter to show only portfolios with funding amounts between $5 - $10 million. You can also filter by manager, risk level, grants, etc. Multiple filters can be applied at once. Click Apply Filter after you set your conditions.
Use the Clear Filter icon to remove the conditions.
