SurePact Minor Release (version 6.0.1)

Summary

Minor release 6.0.1 cleans up the known bugs and missed detailing of new features and product updates. Following are the areas of the product with addressed works performed and released.

For your reference, when we use the term “entity” or “entities”, we are referring to the main records where financial and time information are stored, such as Funding Programs, Portfolios, Projects, Contracts, Grants and Applications.

Updates & Fixes

General

• Update page headings/sub-headings with more descriptive text
• Terminology translation bug on entities (Project, portfolio, contract, etc)
• Risk Rating button label update
• Update SurePact login/password screen logo
• Enable user profile photo upload
• Align “Approval Status List” box to other components in Approval screens
• Reset Simple Risk Rating and Approval required for cloned entities
• Set all “Budget” fields to required
• Remove Approve/Reject checkboxes from Eligibility Approval section
• Completion date picker available dates
• Create entity page breadcrumb and update titles of pages
• Align Summary page columns and data
• Update SurePact browser tab icon design
• Update "Ask SurePact" labels
• Knowledge Hub button visibility fix
• Mark EOI Approval tab as complete when EOI is shortlisted (for same Organisation)
• Apply Contract > Project budget and dates validation
• Selecting 'Not Applicable' in Risk Profile blocks other choices from selection

Homepage

• Recent Activity widget: Update icon and entity type
• Update Notifications icon and badge style
• Remove “Help” menu item (and sub-menu headings)
• Align appearance of fonts in Widgets in Homepage 

Grants

• Display Project count values in Grants Summary page
• Fix Grant Details updates and responses

Contracts

• Update styling of Contracts Summary list
• Add Contract workflow step tool tip
• Include "Internal Deliveries" in all Info Bars > Actual Spend value
• Return user to relevant step of Contract if creation process abandoned
• Complete Contractor Performance step after saving performance questions
• Display validation message on Contract budget difference
• Auto-populate Total Contract Amount in Progress Claims

Portfolios

• Add Sub-headings to Portfolio > Management and Information "stages"
• Return user to relevant step of Portfolio after creation process abandoned

Documents

• Ensure deletion of a single document
• Ensure uploaded documents in Assets and Contractors appear

Funding Programs & Applications

• Expand text area for “How to apply” section in Funding Program details (from template)

ZenDesk tickets

• Add new Activity types in Activity/Site Diary (310 & 322)
• Create sandbox environment for Boulia (337)
• Return user to relevant step of Contract after create process abandoned (344)
