Summary
Minor release 6.0.5 continues to strengthen the Funding Program experience, by updating and reinforcing the behind-the-scenes processes, and improving key interactions. This release was a big one, and there’s many more improvements coming soon in the next release.
For your reference, when we use the term “entity” or “entities”, we are referring to the main records where financial and time information are stored, such as Funding Programs, Portfolios, Projects, Contracts, Grants and Applications.
Updates & Fixes
General
- Update notification email template to latest SurePact branding
- Fix missing Analytics data (Grants > Date Approved)
- Fix core template interactions and rules
- Fix incorrect Total Funding Available error message
- Fix loading state on empty Funding Program Summary page
- Fix new user creation in Recipient Users list
- Fix adding new Recipient issue
- Fix incorrect allocation amount in Recipient Allocation stage
Grants
- Refine list of fields in Grant Overview and Profile steps
Analytics
- Update Analytics cards and Ask SurePact for Premium and Freemium products
- Update labels and data sources for Analytics cards on Homepage
- Update Analytics Module cards with Program Summary page cards
Funding Programs & Applications
- Refine list of fields in Application Overview and Profile steps
- Update Delivery Tracking label to “Deliverables and Disbursements”
- Enhance disbursement process and Finance user interactions
- Update core templates (Funding Program, EOI, BC, Funding Agreement)
- Enhance Review Process interactions and statuses
- Add Review Process to BC workflow
- Update “Received” card for EOI and BC applications submitted
- Update view of “Select Recipients” to show only those with Primary Contact complete
- Add basic Close Out form, submit, and close functions to the Close Out stage
- Update stage complete behaviour for Funding Agreement
