To see all contracts in a project, first open the Projects Summary and double-click the project to open it. If you’re not sure where your contract is, use the Project search to refine the list to projects matching your contract details.
Navigate to Stage 3 – In Delivery to see all contracts in the project.
At the top of the Contracts list is the Add Contract icon. Each contract is listed with its name, manager, risk level, workflow stage, contractor, budget, start and end dates, and percent completion.
Some column headers in the Contracts list can be clicked. Doing this changes the sort order of the table according to that column (and clicking again reverses the order). For example, you can click the Workflow Stage header to see which contracts are farthest along.
If you are the Contract Manager, you can edit several record fields without actually opening the contract. Hover over the contract name, and the Edit icon appears.
Editable fields include Name, Manager, Budget, and Percent Complete. Icons to save and close are found at the right end of the row.
The search field at the top can be used to filter the contracts list. And you’re not limited to searching by contract name alone. In this example, the search term includes part of a work order number.
Above the list are icons to show archived contracts, and to switch between tile and list views. Each contract has a three-dot icon that opens View and Archive options. Another way to view a contract is simply to double-click a record in the list.
