The Project Lifecycle: Stage 2 – Planning / Assessment

This project stage consists of two steps: Risk Profile and Risk Review.

The workflow for these steps depends on whether Self-Assessed Risk Rating was ticked in Step 1 of creating the project.

If this box was ticked, the risk is self-assessed. In the self-assessed workflow, the Project Manager assigns a simple risk profile, requests approval from the Project Risk Approver, and the Project Risk Approver completes the process.
