To see all projects to which you have access, go to the left menu and choose Projects.
At the very top of this page (in addition to the Add Project button) are three visuals that provide a sense of overall project performance or progress. Note that what you see here reflects data from projects for which you are a team member.
- Project Budget vs Spend: A little basic math – how much money is allocated toward this project, how much is spent, and how much remains.
- Projects Risk: Shows the distribution of risk across the projects you’re a member of. Think simple heatmap.
- Project Workflow Stage: How many projects are in the stages of Initiation, Planning, In Delivery, and Review.
Below this section comes the list of projects to which you have access. Each is listed with its Project Manager, risk level, workflow stage, contracts, budget, dates, and percent completion. Use the handy search bar at the top of the table to locate a specific project.
Some column headers in the Projects list can be clicked. Doing this changes the sort order of the table according to that column (and clicking again reverses the order). For example, you can click the Manager header to see who is managing which project.
If you are the Project Manager, you can edit several project fields in the list without actually opening the project. Hover over the project name, and the Edit icon appears.
Editable fields include Name, Manager, Budget, Start Date, End Date, and Percent Complete. Icons to save and close are found at the right end of the row.
The search field at the top can be used to filter the projects list. And you’re not limited to searching by project name alone. In this example, the search term includes the name of a contract found within a project. You can also search by scope description, asset ID, contractor, etc.
Above the table are icons to show archived projects, and to switch between tile and list views. Each project has a three-dot icon that opens a View option. Another way to view a project is simply to double-click any of its fields.
