Once you're signed into your SurePact account, you'll land on your Homepage, also called the main screen or dashboard. This is your gateway to project management excellence.
You can always get back to this page by clicking the top option on the menu bar.
This page is your command centre, displaying data drawn from all active projects and contracts in your organisation. You can see, at a glance, what is happening right now across your organisation, and get a sense of how your work fits into the bigger picture. You can also quickly access your tasks and recent activity.
The information you enter into SurePact about your projects or contracts feeds up to this real-time view. The same dashboard information is available to everyone with access to the system – from executives, to employees working in other areas, to your teammate sitting at the desk next to you. Make a point of keeping your data up to date, to ensure that dashboard accurately reflects your contribution.
Let’s get familiar with some of the other UI features.
The menu bar runs along the left side. Your menu options will depend on your SurePact subscription type. You can collapse this menu (to enlarge your workspace) by clicking the double-arrow icon at the top. The options at the top of this menu lead to the various SurePact modules and records. At the bottom you can access organisation Documents and Administration options (if you’re an admin user).
At the bottom is your list of tasks, recent activity, and recent documents. For SurePact records for which you’re a team member, tasks are assigned to you by the record Manager. An email is sent out for each task, as well as a homepage notification, but you can also check here for your running list of tasks.
Your username, avatar, and department appear at the top right. Clicking your name opens a popup with options to logout, access your user profile, and create delegations. Just to the left of your avatar is the famous Bell icon. This is where you can access your notifications.
In the other corner, at the bottom right, is the Question Mark icon. Clicking this opens another popup, with options to access announcements, submit feedback, or log a support ticket.
