All contracts have been completed, and each contract was reviewed and closed out.
This brings the entire project to a close, and now is the time to review and close out.
This stage has three steps, listed as tabs across the top:
Step 1 – Risk Review
The purpose of this step is so that the Project Manager can compare the initial assumed risk with what actually happened.
At the bottom of this tab, you’ll find the initial risk rating assigned to the project. You can change this rating post-project to reflect new realities. If changes are made, be sure to click Save Risk Rating.
Back at the top of this tab, you can expand the Approval Status List to see who approved the original risk profile. To complete this step, enter a note and click Request Approval.
The approval task then goes to the Project Risk Approver. The risk profile acceptance now appears in the Approval Status List, and the approver can approve, reject, and submit.
Step 2 – Closeout
To close out the project, just enter a summary and click Submit Project Closeout.
Step 3 – Archive
When the project is complete, and is no longer needed for reference, you can archive it. Simply enter a note and submit.
To find an archived project, open the Projects summary, click the Filter icon, and tick Show Archived.
