This contract stage consists of two steps: Risk Profile and Risk Review.
The workflow for these steps depends on whether Self-Assessed Risk Rating was ticked in Step 1 of creating the contract.
If this box was ticked, the risk is self-assessed. In the self-assessed workflow, the Contract Manager assigns a simple risk profile, requests approval from the Contract Risk Approver, and the Contract Risk Approver completes the process.
If this box was left blank, the process follows SurePact’s risk profiling tool.
The Risk Profile step for contracts is nearly identical to the same step for other SurePact records. The project risk rating is shown first, then you can adjust the risk profile for the contract itself. Click Save Risk Rating.
The Risk Review workflow is identical to that of other SurePact records: request risk profile approval, which is then granted (or rejected) by the Contract Manager.
Once this stage is complete, you’ll move forward to Stage 3 – Procurement.
